Terms of Service

The following regulations define the rules for the provision of services by Damian Polit (Tax ID/NIP: 6482813488).
§1 General Provisions
1. These Regulations define the rules for using the website available at creepia.com and its subdomains (hereinafter: "Service" or "Platform").
2. The owner and administrator of the Service is: Damian Polit conducting business activity, Tax ID (NIP): 6482813488 (hereinafter: "Administrator" or "Service Provider").
3. Contact with the Administrator is possible via e-mail address: poczta@dpolit.pl.
4. The Creepia Platform is a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool enabling Users to create their own online stores for Minecraft servers.
5. Legal note regarding Minecraft: The Service is not affiliated, authorized, or endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or other entities owning rights to the Minecraft game.
§2 Definitions
1. User (Client) – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit that creates an account on the Website.
2. Buyer (Player) – a third party who purchases services or virtual items in the Store created by the User.
3. Store – a separate space within the Service, managed by the User.
4. Payment Operators – external entities (e.g., Stripe, Przelewy24, HotPay) through which the User accepts payments.
§3 Principles of Operation and Role of the Administrator
1. The Administrator provides only the technical infrastructure. The Administrator is not the seller of items or services offered in User Stores. The parties to the sales agreement are exclusively: the User and the Buyer.
2. The Administrator is not responsible for the User's failure to fulfill agreements concluded with Buyers (e.g., failure to deliver a rank) or for content posted in Stores.
3. The User is obliged to independently define the regulations of their Store.
§4 Payments and Integrations
1. The Service enables integration with payment gateways.
2. The User concludes a separate agreement with the selected Payment Operator. The Administrator does not mediate in the flow of financial funds (unless the billing model states otherwise).
3. The Administrator is not responsible for delays resulting from bank operations.
§5 User Obligations and Liability
1. The User declares that they have full rights to run the game server.
2. The User undertakes to comply with the Minecraft EULA. The Administrator reserves the right to block a Store violating the EULA.
3. It is forbidden to use the Service for money laundering or actions to the detriment of the Administrator.
§6 Exclusion of Liability (SLA)
1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the continuity of the Service.
2. In accordance with Art. 353¹ of the Civil Code, the Administrator's liability towards Users who are not consumers is excluded.
3. The Administrator is not liable for lost profits (lucrum cessans) by the User.
§7 Plugin and Security
1. The User installs the software (plugin) at their own risk.
2. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their API key (Secret Key).
§8 Complaints
1. Complaints should be reported to poczta@dpolit.pl. The consideration time is 14 days.
2. The User (Consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
§9 Intellectual Property
1. All copyright rights to the code and the Creepia brand belong to the Administrator.
2. Copying elements of the Service without consent is prohibited.
§10 Final Provisions
1. The applicable law is Polish law.
2. Users will be informed about changes to the Regulations via e-mail.
